Supporting those who need it most

Staff, volunteers and congregation came together recently to share and mark their achievements during the past year at the 4th BCM Annual Conference.  The theme of this year’s conference ‘From Small Acorns Mighty Oak Trees Grow’ recognises the long way BCM has come in the past 125 years.  The Lord Mayor of Belfast, Councillor Nichola Mallon opened the day by paying tribute to the dedication and commitment of BCM's staff and volunteers, before guests took part in workshops which reflected the theme of growth, development and training.

BCM staff and congregation have taken part in a light-hearted music video as part of our continuing 125th anniversary celebrations!

This goes along with the other ways BCM is marking this important anniversary such as the publication of Through Changing Scenes, our archive exhibition at the Linen Hall Library and other activities yet to come!

FlyerThe Governors of the Linen Hall Library, Belfast will be hosting an exhibition of BCM Photographs, documents and artefacts to coincide with our 125th Anniversary celebrations.

Through Changing Scenes commences on 22nd October and will conclude on the 29th November.

The September edition of BCM's In Focus newsletter is now availble.  Use the link below to download a copy to read about the EAGLE project, Newtownards Parents' Support and our forthcoming exhibition at the Linen Hall library.

Here it is July and this is the first Ramblings I have written this year.  I’m glad writing this was not a New Year’s resolution, or I would feel even more remorse over the lack of accomplishment!
