Ten Thousand Voices Initiative by Public Health Agency

Experience of Emergency Departments, Minor Injuries Units or GP out of hours service or the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service.
Your stories could help to improve patient experience and in the planning of future services

Have you or someone you know had reason to contact Emergency Departments, Minor Injuries Units or GP out of hours service-because of suddenly or unexpectedly becoming unwell ? If so, the Public Health Agency would like to hear about your experience.  The 10,000 voices initiative aims to capture the stories of patients across a range of health and social care services and use this information to inform how future services are developed. You can participate by telling your story and completing a short survey online but if you need any help or would like an alternative version made available, you can contact the team during office hours on 0333 555 0114 (extension 3446) and they will assist you.

We are encouraging everyone with experience of these services to take part and responses are welcome from patients, as well as their families and carers. Responses to the survey are gathered on an ongoing basis and the insights gained are used by the Public Health Agency to help inform important issues such as the future planning and funding of health and social care services. To participate in the Unscheduled Care survey follows the link below:
