Here's a really inspiring story. A group of young People from BCM Housing Support and Parents' Support, Dungannon were so grateful for all the support they have received that they decided to give something back to the community. Having had their own lives turned around they headed to Belfast on Wednesday armed with packs that included gloves, hats, fleece, water bottles etc. and brought some toiletries and snacks that they gave out to rough sleepers in city centre. #HAW17 Let's Keep on Supporting People
