Supporting those who need it most

Following the success of their first visit to Kirk House last year, children (aged 3-5 years) from BCM's Puddleducks Day Nursery were excited to join their new friends for a second morning of fun and activities.  But it wasn't just the children who were looking forward to it!  The residents were delighted to once again welcome the children to their home and to enjoy sharing in their energy and zest for life.

We have already shared a story about the group of young people from Housing Support, Dungannon Project who were handing out warm packs to rough sleepers in Belfast some time ago. This time this amazing group came to Grosvenor Hall to help with serving the food to older people at our Wednesday Lunch Club. What's more, one of the young people brought his guitar and sang a couple of songs, including one that he composed himself.

Well done to everyone and thank you!
