Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service (NIFRS) have recently signed a partnership agreement with BCM, to arrange a referral system between both organisations to help assist those most at risk of fire.

The aim of the partnership agreement is the provision of housing related support to older people in their own homes. The service seeks to work in partnership with clients and help them to live independently for as long as possible, in a safe living environment.

One of our residents at Kirk House, Sadie, celebrated her 106th Birthday on Monday 26th September. We would like to wish her a Happy Birthday and many more wonderful years to come!
Here are some photos taken at the Birthday party at Kirk House. The first photo below presents Sadie with Deputy Lord Lieutenant, Mrs Michele Marken OBE, who presented Sadie with a telegram from the Queen.

One of the members of Grosvenor Hall congregation- Sheelagh- will soon be taking part in the Camino Pilgrim Walk in aid of Copelands, Dementia and Nursing Care. The walk will begin on 20th September and the route is from east to west starting from Sarria to Portomarin, Palas de Rei, Arzua, O Pino, then arriving at Santiago de Compostela by Tues. 27th September for the Pilgrim Mass at the Cathedral.
