BCM Training Services endeavour to assist you in addressing and meeting the challenges of training your staff, by providing you with our quality range of courses, or through bespoke programmes designed, tailored and complemented to meet your needs.
All programmes can be delivered in BCM’s Grosvenor House, or in a venue suitable to your requirements.
We have a highly qualified, experienced training team, who are committed to positive practice within the field of Health & Social Care and are backed by quality support staff, who ensure we are able to provide organised, timely and effective training for your staff.
We have been successfully delivering City & Guilds Accredited NVQ’s in Health & Social Care for 15 years and are now offering the QCF Diplomas at level 2 and 3 in Health & Social Care, Children’s care, Learning and Development, as well as the Assessor Awards. We are also proud to be one of the first training organisations to offer the QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social care Services.

From BCM’s foundation in 1889, volunteers have played a vital role in the life of the Mission and this remains true today. In fact this is an expanding area of our work and the contribution made by our volunteers has been calculated as an amazing 11,900 volunteering hours in the year Jan - Dec 2010 alone...
