Tea Dances
This venture represents a return to the original roots of the Mission. The Grosvenor Hall, through its many guises, has always provided a friendly, social venue for people from all sections of the community in Belfast.
"The atmosphere in that Hall - you couldn't have bought it!"
The Tea Dances, which began in January 2005, are held four times a year and are becoming increasingly popular as news of them spreads by word of mouth. The Grosvenor Hall is filled with up to 100 older people joining in the old-time dances or just enjoying the company. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and the afternoon is rounded off with afternoon tea.
